BRIEF HISTORY
The Company always emphasizes quality, efficiency, and
punctuality in its service in order to generate added value
for shareholders and stakeholders. The Company’s business
activities include civil construction (installation of pile driving,
lower structure, steel or concrete structure, as well as roof
and wall structure), infrastructure construction (road leveling,
compaction, road foundation construction), mechanical
works (machinery installation, piping and tanks installation),
as well as electrical works (electricity).
Passion for growth along with hard work and professionalism
enabled the Company to execute initial public offering (IPO) in
Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. Such momentum provides
an opportunity for the Company to utilize capital structure
in order to grow business in a sustainable manner and
strengthen existence in increasingly competitive construction
industry.
Growth in the Company’s line of business is carried out by
penetrating to potential industry sectors, among others
in construction of palm oil industry. The Company’s first
project in construction of palm oil industry is bulking station
construction in Bagendang, Central Kalimantan with the
capacity of 13,000 MT in 2008.
Pengalaman Perseroan di bidang konstruksi industri kelapa sawit
semakin memberikan kesempatan bagi Perseroan untuk menyelesaikan
proyek-proyek pembangunan yang berhubungan dengan industri
kelapa sawit, seperti proyek pembangunan kilang minyak (refinery)
tahap 1 untuk PT SMART Tbk di Marunda, Jakarta pada tahun 2008,
proyek konstruksi pabrik PKS Pertama di Sampit, Kalimantan pada
tahun 2010, serta proyek pembuatan kilang minyak (refinery) di
wilayah Tarjun dan Lampung.
The Company’s experience in construction of palm oil
industry also provides more opportunity for the Company to
complete construction projects related to palm oil industry,
such as construction of phase 1 refinery for PT SMART Tbk
in Marunda, Jakarta in 2008, construction of the first Palm
Oil Mill plant in Sampit, Kalimantan in 2010, as well as
construction of refinery in Tarjun and Lampung.
Fulfillment of construction market needs that is combined
with integrated technical expertise, excellent construction
quality, and management with years of experience strengthen
the existence of PBS as leading construction company that is
able to adequately address infrastructure needs in Indonesia
